Product Description
RNase Inhibitor, Murine is a 50 kDa recombinant protein of murine origin. It inhibits RNases by binding noncovalently in a 1:1 ratio with high affinity. The reaction is reversible, and urea and sulfhydryl reagents can dissociate the complex, renature RNase, and irreversibly inactivate the inhibitor. When used, it can be directly added to the reaction solution containing RNA. This product is proteinaceous and can be removed by phenol. This product is a recombinant mouse-derived RNase Inhibitor expressed and purified in E. coli in soluble form. It can inhibit the activities of three enzymes, RNase A, RNase B or RNase C, and protect RNA from being degraded by these three enzymes.

Other Notes
(1) The effective active pH range of this product is pH 5 - 9, among which pH 7 - 8 is the most active.
(2) This product needs to maintain an active state at not less than 1 mm DTT.
(3) High temperature (> 65 ℃), severe denaturation conditions, foaming or violent stirring vortex may cause the loss of activity of this product.
(4) Please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves during operation.
