PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Recombinant trypsin is a serine protease, which can specifically cleave the C-terminal peptide bond of lysine and arginine. This product is a cell culture-grade genetically engineered enzyme, which does not contain enzyme inhibitors such as DFP, PMSF and TLCK, and has the same activity and specificity as natural trypsin. The activity of this product is inhibited by serine protease inhibitors such as PMSF and TLCK, as well as metal ion chelators such as EDTA, etc.

RECOMMENDED USAGE
Protein preparation - Dissolve the protein in a solution of 25mM Tris HCl at pH 8.0.
Enzyme preparation - Weigh the required enzyme powder and dissolve it in 10mM HCl to achieve an enzyme concentration of 1-10mg/ml.
Reaction conditions - enzyme quantity: target protein (mass ratio)=1:50-1:1000, with an optimal pH of 7.0-9.0
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Transportation stability: Ice bag insulation transportation, stable activity.
Storage stability: The lyophilized powder can be stored stably for at least 24 months at -15~-20°C. Dissolved with 1 mM hydrochloric acid or 50 mM acetic acid, stored at -15~-20 °C, repeated freeze-thaw 10 times, no loss of activity. It is recommended to store at 2~8 °C for no more than 7 days after dissolution, and no more than 30 days at -15~-20 °C after dissolution.
