Product Description
DNase I, (RNase-free) is an endonuclease that nonspecifically cleaves DNA to release di-, tri- and oligonucleotide products with 5´-phosphorylated and 3´-hydroxylated ends (1,2). DNase I acts on single- and double-stranded DNA, chromatin and RNA:DNA hybrids.

Other Notes
1. Put this product on ice for operation, and store it at -20°C after use.
2. In RNA extraction experiments, it is recommended to add an appropriate amount of RNase Inhibitor to prevent RNA degradation.
3. Metal ion chelators, 0.1% SDS, DTT and mercaptoethanol have significant inhibitory effects on this product.
4.Please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves during operation.
