Pyrophosphatase, Inorganic, GMP grade

Inorganic pyrophosphatase effectively increases the yield of mRNA
Fig. 1 The addition of inorganic pyrophosphatase to IVT reactions can effectively increase mRNA yield, lane 1 was without inorganic pyrophosphatase, while lane 2 was added inorganic pyrophosphatase.
Product Information
This product is a yeast-derived inorganic pyrophosphatase (PPase) expressed by recombinant Escherichia coli. It is an enzyme that catalyzes the conversion of one molecule of pyrophosphate into two molecules of phosphate ions, and hydrolyzes inorganic pyrophosphate to form orthophosphate. This is a high-energy reaction. Therefore, this reaction can be coupled to some thermodynamically unfavorable transformations, so as to drive these transformations completely. In molecular biology, it can be used to increase mRNA production in in vitro transcription reactions.
This product is based on the company's unique innovative functional recombinant protein production platform SAMS. After the optimization of the E. coli expression system and purification process, it is produced in accordance with GMP requirements.
