Inorganic pyrophosphatase (PPase) catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to form orthophosphate.
A variety of metabolic reactions generate inorganic pyrophosphate as a reaction byproduct. Such reactions are rendered irreversible when the pyrophosphate is degraded by pyrophosphatase (1). RNA and DNA synthesis are examples of reactions that can be pulled far in the synthesis direction by the action of inorganic pyrophosphatase.

Other Notes
(1) This product is active in various reaction buffers. Usually, this product can be directly added in experiments such as HDA amplification and LAMP amplification.
(2) The optimum reaction temperature of this product is 25°C, it is active at 16°C-37°C, and the enzyme can be inactivated at 65°C for 10 minutes.
(3) It is recommended to store in aliquots to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
(4) Please wear lab clothes and disposable gloves during operation.
