Product Description:

Wnt3A is a member of the Wnt family that consists of structurally linked genes that encode secreted signalling proteins. This protein is associated with oncogenesis and also regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. It plays a key role in maintaining the integrity of embryonic and adult tissues. The post-translational glycosylation and acylation of Wnt are essential for their efficient secretion and biological functions.

This product is a recombinant protein expressed by eukaryotic cells. The protein gene is inserted into a stable expression vector and transformed into CHO-K1 cells. After cloning, screening and quality verification, the stable expression strain is selected and prepared by fermentation on a medium determined by chemical composition (without any animal derived ingredients). The process is stable, ensuring the product quality and the consistency between batches.

This product is a sterile lyophilized powder, which is filtered by a protein solution containing 10mM PBS pH of 7.2 through 0.2μm filter membrane, and then lyophilized and aliquoted.

Directions for use:

It is recommended to dissolve lyophilized recombinant human Wnt-3a in water for injection or sterilized ultrapure water at a concentration of not less than 100 μg/ml to be further diluted to the working concentration. Avoid repeated freeze-thawing as much as possible.

Cytokines after re-dissolution: stable storage at 4 °C for 7-10 days; For long-term storage, store at -20°C after aliquoting.
