Product Description:

Interleukin-2 is interleukin-2 (IL-2), also known as T cell growth factor (TCRF). Cytokines with extensive biological activity produced mainly by activated CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells. It is a growth factor for all T cell subsets, which can make T cells survive for a long time in test tubes and promote the proliferation of activated B cells, so it is an important factor in regulating immune response, and is also involved in antibody response, hematopoiesis and tumor surveillance.

This product is a recombinant protein expressed by eukaryotic cells. The protein gene is inserted into a stable expression vector and transformed into CHO-K1 cells. After cloning, screening and quality verification, the stable expression strain is selected and prepared by fermentation on a medium determined by chemical composition (without any animal derived ingredients). The process is stable, ensuring the product quality and the consistency between batches.

This product is a sterile freeze-dried powder, which is made from a protein solution containing 10mM PBS with pH of 7.2 through 0.2 μm filtration, it is sub packed and lyophilized.

It is recommended to dissolve freeze-dried rhIL-2 in water for injection or sterilized ultra pure water with a concentration of not less than 100 ug/ml to be further diluted for the working concentration. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as much as possible.

Cytokine after re-dissolution: it can be stored stably for 7-10 days at 4 ℃; For long-term storage, please store at -20 °C
