Dplin 300 Preservative
—— Excellent bacteriostatic preservative to replace sodium azide, Proclin 300 alternative
Dplin 300 preservative attacks three specific enzyme sites in the tricarboxylic acidcycle of cells: α-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase, succinate dehydrogenase, and NADH dehydrogenase, there by inhibiting cell metabolism and the synthesis ofmacromolecules.
All bacteria and fungi have at least part of the tricarboxylic acid cycle, so Dplin 300 preservative has a wide range of applications, which can inhibit or eveneliminate large doses of Gram-positive bacteria and negative microorganisms.
1, Features and advantages:
1). The applicable range of pH is between 3 and 13, with good chemical stability, low toxicity, safety and no pollution to the environment.
2). The dosage is low. It is recommended to use 0.05% within one-year validity period and 0.1% above one-year validity period.
3). It is easy to use and can be mixed with water in any proportion, without affecting the activity of enzymes and inhibiting the binding of antibodies.
4). It can kill avariety of bacteria, fungi and yeasts in a broad-spectrum and long-term manner.
5). It has low toxicity, is safe and harmless within the recommended concentration, has noresidue, and will not cause cumulative pollution to the environment.
6). It has good compatibility with various emulsifiers, surfactants and protein components, and does not interfere with the color of the reagent.
